- Analyze financial reports for profitability and budget optimization.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and set financial goals.
- Track performance against financial KPIs.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
- Identify new markets and recommend positioning strategies.
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Evaluate and recommend sales and marketing strategies.
- Suggest improvements to customer acquisition and engagement.
- Assist in refining brand identity and go-to-market strategies.
Change Management & Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational changes and technology adoption.
- Advise on talent management and leadership development.
